NOTICE INVITING TENDER FOR SUUPLY OF SHAFTS / SLEEVE / COUPLING FOR CW PUMP AT NTPC KAWAS THROUGH E-TENDERING.

(Under Domestic Competitive Bidding Process)

1.0 NTPC Kawas invites tenders from eligible bidders for Supply of Shafts / Sleeve / Coupling for CW Pumpthrough e-tendering without reverse auctioning as per the scope of work briefly mentioned at para 4.0 below:

3.0 Qualifying Requirements:

3.1 The bidder should be a CW vertical Pump manufacturer and should have supplied complete CW Vertical pumps of atleast two number in separate Purchase Order having minimum rating of 10000 Cu.M/Hr at 20 M total head as on date of bid opening.

3.2 During the last five financial years, the intending bidder should have executed similar work of following value-

a) One order of Rs.48.08 Lacs

OR

b) Two orders of Rs.30.00 Lacs each

OR

c) Three orders of Rs.24.00 Lacs each.

Note:

i) Similar work means the work mentioned at para 3.1 above. If party submits single Purchase Order copy at sl. no. 3.2 (a), then party should submit one more purchase order copy of any value.

ii) The relevant/necessary documents should be submitted along with the technical bid and should be self attested by bidder.

3.3 The average Annual Turnover during last three completed financial years as on the date of bid opening shall not be less than Rs.120.00 lacs.

4.0 Brief scope of work:

The scope covers supply of Shafts / Sleeve / Coupling for CW Pump (Make: Bergeron Rateau, Model: FcV216) at NTPC Kawas.

5.0 A Complete set of bidding Document may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non- refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned at Para 2.0 above directly through the payment gateway at our SRM site, (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require Vendor Code and SRM user Id and Password. First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least Seven working days prior to Document Sale Close date for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password. Issuance of bidding documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

6.0 Tender documents are Non transferable. Only the bidder, in whose name the tender documents are downloaded, is allowed to submit offer. No bidder other than the original bidder in whose name the tender documents are sold / downloaded, can submit the offer.

7.0 Bid Security, in original, for the requisite amount as stipulated in Para 2.0 above shall be submitted prior to the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given herein below. If Bid Security in Original, in a separate sealed cover is not received or bids for which Bid security of inadequate value is received the same shall not be entertained and in such cases bids shall not be opened.

8.0 This Tender is being executed in e-tendering mode without reverse auctioning.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel / withdraw the Invitation for bids without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder / intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
