site as well as at NTPC tender site (
www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to
approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for
issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

Terms and Conditions
(3). All necessary T&P's along with all other arrangements required to execute the job shall be provided by the agency.
The cost incurred for this is included in relevant BOQ item rates and nothing shall be paid additionally.
(4). Completion period for this contract is 24(twenty four) months.
(5) Defect liability period shall be nil.
(3) The contractor or his authorized representative shall attend office daily and shall have proper communication with
concern engineer for day to day maintenance job requirement and attend any emergency of plant.
(4). The agency is required to deploy a supervisor for planning and execution of job immediately. He may also be
