Dear Sir,
With reference to you advertisement/ request for enlistment of vendors for material supply against reference no:	-------------- dated -------	the application form

enlistment is being enclosed herewith. You are requested to read the instructions carefully and submit the application form dully filled up along with the relevant documents as stipulated in the notice inviting tender for enlistment of vendors.

Important instructions:

1.the application should be super scribed with Vendor registration with NIT Ref. NO, Category type/ category of materials applied, VENDOR ENLISTMENT PACKAGE NO, NAME OF PACKAGE and name of firm on the envelop.

2.Applicants are requested to fill up the application form and enclosed the relevant documents. Please mentioned NOT APPLICABLE against the clause in the application form which is not applicable to you.

3.Bidder must submit the authorized copy of Original certificate of authorized dealer & supplier on manufacturer along with the bid.

4.NTPC reserve the right to reject any application without assigning any reason thereof, Seek additional/supplementary information, as the needed at any stage of this process & add more vendors as it may deem fit for issue of tender enquiry.

5.Last date of receipt of application form shall be specified in the notice inviting for enlistment of vendors.

6.Registration of vendors against this press advertisement shall be valid for a period of 03 years only.

7.Separate requests (application form) should be made against each category with type of material supply.

Brief Introduction

NTPC,AURAIYA GAS POWER STATION is having its operational units of 4 x 110 MW GT + 2 x 110 MW ST(Gas based combined cycle) and is located about 60 KM from ETAWAH (UP ) and 80 Km away from District Kanpur UP State invites applications for enlistment of capable vendors under various categories like Manufacturers, Sole Distributors, Auth. Agent, Auth. Dealer, Auth. Stockist, Indian Agents of their foreign principles for supplying wide range of materials (details enclosed in Annexure-I) required for Operation & Maintenance for its 4 x 110 MW GT & 2 x 110 MW ST of Gas based Power Station.

Application form should reach to NTPC, Auraiya through Regd/ Speed post along with all other enclosures: on or before 15.01.2015(before 17: 30 Hrs).

Note: NSIC/MSME regd. vendors and SSI vendors (from UP state only) must furnish copy of valid certificates (duly certified by gazetted officer) in support, while sending their request for the application forms before the given deadline.

The vendor enlistment is			required at NTPC, Auraiya for procurement in the following categories (by estimated
value):-

The qualifying requirement for vendor enlistment is as follows:-

1. The vendors should be a manufacturer/authorised distributor/ authorised dealer/authorised stockist (as mentioned in column-'Z') of relevant items as per column 'Y’ (Column 'Y' to be read in conjunction with Column-'X') of Annexure-I.

AND

The vendors should have supplied the above relevant items to Govt. Deptt./PSUs/Govt.Organisation/companies listed in Stock Exchanges.

[For example: For item at Sr. No.M6, relevant item is Cast Iron pipes (Column- 'Y') & only manufacturers (as per Column-'Z') of Cast Iron pipe who have supplied Cast Iron pipes to Govt. Deptt./PSUs/Govt.Organisation/companies listed in Stock Exchanges shall meet the above criteria.

2.	Vendors	should	have	supplied	the	relevant	items	(as	per para 1)	to
	Govt. Deptt./PSUs/Govt.Organisation/companies				listed in	Stock Exchanges during last 07 (seven) years				ending
	on the last day of the month previous to the month of submission of application as per the following:-

One executed order for supply of relevant items costing not less than 80% of the value of categories against which the enlistment is applied.

Two executed orders each for supply of relevant items costing not less than 50% of the value of categories against which the enlistment is applied.

Three executed orders each for supply of relevant items costing not less than 40% of the value of categories against which the enlistment is applied.

3.The average annual turn-over for the last three financial years ending on 31st March of the year previous to the month of submission of application should not be less than the value of category against which the enlistment is applied.

4.Special qualifying requirement(QR) for Electrical Package: - the supplied items/ Item should be in successful operation for least one year as per para 2 of QR as mentioned against items ( annexure –IB)

The following documents are required to be submitted in support of meeting the QR as mentioned above along with the filled application form and other documents asked for therein:

•In case of dealer. Distributor, the vendor shall be enlisted for specific brand/make only and vendor shall quote for the same brand against our enquiries. The dealer/ distributor shall submit their valid dealership certificate from manufacturer along with each individual enquiry.

•Documentary evidence in support of meeting qualifying requirements stipulated above which inter-allia should

include proof of execution of supply as specified in QR condition above with self certified and stamped copies of work order/ purchase order, invoices etc.

•Proof of turn over /balance sheet dully certified by chartered accountant for last three years ending on 31.03.2014. In case of audit balance is not ready provisional/ UN audited balance sheet for 2013-14 may be submitted.

•Independent ST registration No. with any state/ CST No if any.

•The business dealings with the enlisted agencies may be suspended if prime facie it is found that the agency is involved in an offence of unethical business dealings

•NTPC shall not responsible for any postal delay, loss or non receipt of documents sent through postal/ courier.

•NTPC reserve rights to reject any or all applications without assigning any reasons thereof.

•Notwithstanding anything stated above NTPC reserve right to assess the bidder’s capability/ capacity in the interest of NTPC and decision of NTPC in this regard shall be final and binding.
