With reference to you advertisement/ request for enlistment of contractors against reference no:---
----------- dated ------- the application form enlistment is being enclosed herewith. You are requested to read the instructions carefully and submit the application form dully filled up along with the relevant documents as stipulated in the notice inviting tender for enlistment of contractor vendors.
Important instructions:
1.The application should be super scribed with Vendor registration with NIT Ref. NO, Category with type of work applied VENDOR ENLISTMENT PACKAGE NO, NAME OF WORK and name of contractors on the envelop.
2.Applicants are requested to fill up the application form and enclosed the relevant documents. Please mentioned NOT APPLICABLE against the clause in the application form which is not applicable to you.
3.NTPC reserve the right to reject any application without assigning any reason thereof and ,Seek additional/supplementary information, as the need be, at any stage of this process & add more vendors as it may deem fit for issue of tender enquiry.
4.Last date of receipt of application form shall be specified in the notice inviting for enlistment of vendors.
5.Registration of vendors against this press advertisement shall be valid for a period of 03 years only.
6.Separate requests (application form) should be made against each category with type of service/contract work.

NTPC,AURAIYA GAS POWER STATION is having its operational units of 4 x 110 MW GT + 2 x 110 MW ST(Gas based combined cycle) and is located about 60 KM from ETAWAH (UP ) and 80 Km away from District Kanpur UP State.
Auraiya Gas Power Station invites applications from capable Contractors /Agencies working with Central / State Govt. PSUs or reputed private sector Organization with qualifying requirement and other details as asked for enlistment for the works enclosed at Annexure I, required for service /Construction/ Repairing /AMC for its 4 x 110 MW + 2 x 110 MW(Gas based combined cycle) power plant. Requirement for Enlistment of Vendors for Works.
The vendor enlistment is required at NTPC, AURAIYA for works in the following categories (by worked value):

Qualifying requirements
The qualifying requirement for vendor enlistment is as follows:
1.The vendors should have executed the relevant type of contract works (read in conjunction with category as per Annexure-I.
2.Vendors should have executed the above type of work during last 07 (seven) years ending on the last day of the month previous to the month of submission of application as per the following:
One executed order for relevant works costing not less than 80% of the value of categories against which the enlistment is applied.
OR
Two executed orders each of relevant works costing not less than 50% of the value of categories against which the enlistment is applied.
OR
Three executed orders each of relevant works costing not less than 40% of the value of categories against which the enlistment is applied.
3. The average annual turn over for the last three financial years ending on 31stMarch of the year previous to the month of submission of application should not be less than the value of category against which the enlistment is applied.
