Vendor enlistment shall be done at NTPC/TTPS for the job of ‘Operation and Maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant’ for a period of three years in the following categories of work:

 

1.      Estimated value up to Rs 10 lakh

2.      Estimated value beyond Rs 10 lakh up to Rs 20 lakh

3.      Estimated value beyond Rs 20 lakh to Rs 30 lakh

4.      Estimated value beyond Rs 30 lakh to Rs 40 lakh

5.      Estimated value beyond Rs 40 lakh to Rs 50 lakh

 

Qualifying Requirement:

 

1.      The average annual financial turnover of the party during last three financial years ending 31st march 2014 should be higher than the upper limit of the category for which the agency can be enlisted. Agency has to submit the Chattered accountant certified P&L account of F.Y. 2011-12, 2012-13 and 2013-14 and audited financial statements for F.Y. 2011-12, 2012-13 and 2013-14. Other income shall not be considered while calculating the average annual turnover.

 

2.      In different categories, the value of top three work orders of similar work shall be considered. The agencies shall be considered for enlistment under different categories based on following:

 

Three similar completed works of value 40% of the upper limit of the category

OR

Two similar completed works of value 50% of the upper limit of the category

OR

One similar completed work of value 80% of the upper limit of the category.

 

For the works, whose execution is under progress, actual value of executed work till the credential submission deadlines shall be considered during evaluation.

 

Similar Work: ‘Mechanical Work including Operation and Maintenance of pumps, gearboxes, valves and other mechanical equipments in any thermal power plant of size 60MW or above in last 7 years’
