3.0 Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at Not Given. or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

DETAILS HAVE BEEN ATTACHED IN COLLABORATION FOLDER.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

1.0 Brief Scope of work :-

a)The agency has to supply materials as per specifications (make & Model No./Drawing No.) provided, within 6 months from date of award.

b)The agency has to also execute erection & commissioning of 132 KV Bay No.06 (spare bay) after dismantling of existing structures (isolators, wave trap & surge arrestors etc.) within 12 months from date of award.

2.0 Completion Period : 12 months

3.0 The bidders who wish to participate in the bidding shall satisfactorily establish that they fulfill the following Qualifying Requirements.

Qualifying Requirements :

4.0 The technical qualifying requirements that the bidders should have :

a.The bidder must have the experience in execution & successful completion of supply, erection & commissioning of at least one 132 KV or higher rated voltage switchyard bay in any industrial organization.

b.The bidder must have executed similar work orders during last 7 years reckoned as on the date of bid opening, having value not less than the followings :-

i.Value of Rs.54.00 Lac in case of single similar order Or

ii.Value of Rs.33.75 Lac in case of single similar order Or

iii.Value of Rs.27.00 Lac in case of single similar order

NB : Similar work means the bidder should have successfully executed Supply, Erection & Commissioning of 132 KV or higher rated voltage switchyard bay working satisfactorily for six months or more after successful commissioning.

4.1 Financial Criteria:

i.The Average Annual Turnover of the bidder, in the preceding three (3) financial years as on the date of bid opening, shall not be less than INR 67.50 Lac (Rupees Sixty Seven Lacs Fifty Thousand only).

ii.The word "executed" means that the bidder should have achieved the progress specified in the QR at para 4.0 even if total contract is not closed.

iii.Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover as specified in QR para 4.1(i).

iv.In case where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available, certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall also be considered acceptable.

5.0 Notwithstanding anything stated above, NTPC reserves the right to assess the bidder's capability & capacity to perform the contract.

6.0 Additional Information :-

The following information's is required from the vendors about the vendors about the companies where similar orders have been executed.

a)Name of the customer / company where similar order has been executed.

b)Year of supply / commissioning.

c)Name & designation (Phone No. Fax No. Email-id) of contract person of the customer

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
