2.The

bidder

should have executed

supply of Electrical

Hoists of

which at

least

one should be of capacity 15 T or

higher,

during

the last seven years

as on the date of BID

opening

for either

of the

following values:

One executed order costing not less than INR 11.36 lacs

3. The average annual financial

turnover of the bidder during last Three (3) financial years

ending

on

31st

March

2014 should not be less than INR 21.30 Lacs.

Notes:

A. The word executed means that the bidder should have achieved the progress specified in the QR

even

if

the

total

contract is not completed / closed.

B. Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

C. In cases where audited results of the last preceding financial year are not available, certification of

financial

statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall also be considered acceptable

The bidders shall have necessarily to upload the

documents in support of meeting the qualifying requirements as

mentioned above in C Folder

along with their offer,

which inter-alia shall include the following.

Documentary evidence ie turnover /Balance Sheet duly

certified by Chartered Accountants that the average annual turnover

of the Bidder in the three (3) financial years ending March-2014 should not be less than Rs.21.30

Lakhs.

Offer of the bidder not fulfilling the QR shall be rejected and shall not be considered for evaluation further.

NTPC shall not be responsible for any postal /courier delay.

NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.

Notwithstanding anything stated above, the NTPC reserves the right to

assess the

bidder#s

capability and

capacity

to

perform the contract, should the circumstances warrant such assessment in

its

overall

interest

and the

decision of

NTPC

Ltd., in this

regard

shall be

final.
