The bidder must have the experience in execution of supply contract or supply cum erection contract of swaged end
The bidder should have in house bending, swaging & heat treatment facility for fabrication of BB tubes. Documentary
boiler bank tubes in boilers of 60 MW rating (Steam Flow>= 272 T/Hr) or above
evidence in the form of purchase order and photograph of the above facility has to be furnished by the agency.

PROPOSED QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS:-

The vendor must have executed similar work orders having value not less than the followings:-
iii. Value of Rs. 32.17 Lac in case of three similar orders.

NB: - Similar work means the bidder should have successfully executed supply of boiler bank tubes with swaged end for
high pressure
utility boilers of 60 MW rating (steam flow>= 272 T/Hr) or above and such boilers must be working
satisfactorily for more than six
months after installation/ commissioning, during last 7years from bid opening date.
BASIS OF QR:-
A.
Prior experience is essential to get a qualitative product within stipulated time committed by the vendor, which will
help in completing our planned jobs.

The word #executed# means that the bidder should have achieved the progress specified in the QR at para 5.0 even
