3.0Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the

stipulated bid	submission closing	date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security
and Integrity	Pact (if applicable)	shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at RAIPUR or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site

(https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the			bidder would require
vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained	by submitting a questionnaire		available at our SRM
site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not		allotted any vendor code are required to
approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale	Close date	alongwith duly filled in questionnare for
issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

The scope of work includes laying of LAN/cabling and networks for seamless cabled and wireless connectivity of the complete IIIT#R campus including Labs, faculty area, Offices, Tutorial, Lecture Halls, Hostels etc. It shall include the

design, approval, supply, inland transportation,	local delivery,	storage, insurance (transit and up to the date of handing
over), cabling, erection installation, testing &	commissioning,	System	integration, training, Documentation, warranty for
three year after acceptance for all related to	IT and miscellaneous		works required for the completion and satisfactory

functioning of IIIT#R. Scope of work in this section includes but not limited to supply, delivery, project management, supervision, co-ordination and installation of equipment.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

5.1Technical Criteria:

5.1.1	a) The bidder should be	an OEM of Network Active Components	(Data Switches) for minimum 5 years and
should	have a registered office in	India for preceding five or more years as	reckoned from the date of bid Opening.

b) Bidder (OEM) should have an installation base of his active networking products (Data Switches) based on the criteria mentioned below:

OEM active networking product(s) (Data Switches) must have been installed in India against at least five different LOAs placed on Bidder or his solution partners. These LOAs should include at least one chassis switch (minimum 7 payload slots) & installation of total 500 LAN nodes (PO copies to be submitted).

The bidder should be among the top two levels of partnership program / relationship with the OEM of Network Active Components (Data Switches) meeting the criterion as per 5.1.1a & 5.1.1b above. Bidder should have authorization from above OEM to bid for this contract specifically and should quote Network Active Components (Data Switches) from this

OEM only.	(Certificate	regarding top	two level partnership programs to be submitted duly certified by OEM.
Authorization	letter from	OEM is also to	be submitted)

5.1.2 The Bidder should have executed/completed at-least Two numbers LOA / PO in India, each having a minimum of 1000 number Active Switch ports (Data Switches) (total of all installed switch ports) in any combination of Fast Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet, 10GE Ethernet, Fiber optic and laying of cable as on the date of bid opening, where the scope of work included Supply and Installation of LAN system (including active and passive devices) and having Network Active components (Data Switches).

5.2Financial Criteria:

5.2.1	The average annual turnover			of	the Bidder, in the preceding three (3) financial years as on the date of bid
opening, shall not be less than Rs 11.19 Crores (Rupees Eleven Crores Nineteen Lakhs only).
5.2.2	In case	the bidder is not able		to	furnish its audited financial statements on standalone entity basis, the unaudited
unconsolidated		financial statements	of	the bidder can be considered acceptable provided the bidder furnishes the following
further	documents on substantiation		of	its	qualification:

i.Copies of the unaudited unconsolidated financial statements of the bidder along with copies of the audited consolidated financial statements of the Holding Company.

ii.A Certificate from the CEO/CFO of the Holding Company, as per the format enclosed in the bid documents, stating

that	the	unaudited unconsolidated financial statements form part of the Consolidated Annual Report of the company.
In case		where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available, certification of financial statements
from	a	practicing Chartered Accountant shall also be considered acceptable.

6.0 Notwithstanding anything stated above, the Employer reserves the right to assess the capabilities and capacity of the Bidder/ his collaborators/ associates/subsidiaries/group companies to perform the contract, should the circumstances warrant such assessment in the overall interest of the Employer.

NOTES: Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without

assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
