3.0 Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at Mouda or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

Supply of 24 PORT LAYER 2 SWITCH FOR NTPC MOUDA STPP as per technical & commercial specifications mentioned in ITEM DATA and attached tender documents.

10.Proforma for Bank Guarantee in Lieu of EMD.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

The bidders are required to fulfil the following:

(a) The bidder should be a manufacturer of the indented items with a valid registration of NSIC/SSI/DIC/DGS&D/Registrar of companies in their own name. In case any manufacturer does not market their products directly, then

(i) Such manufacturer may submit their offer through their authorized dealer with a valid authorization certificate on due date of tender opening date.

(ii) If items are of imported in origin, then authorized Indian Agent/ Partner may also submit their offer but the foreign manufacturer should have office and service centres in India. The foreign manufacturer should submit the authenticated authorization letter in the name of bidder along with details of their Indian service centres

(b)

Average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the preceding three (03) financial years

as on date of bid opening

shall not be less than INR 59 Lakhs (Rupees Fifty Nine Lakhs Only).

 

(c)

The bidder should have successfully executed the supply of #Similar items# of the following values, during last seven (07) years

as on date of bid opening in:

 

 

(i)

Single contract of value not less than

INR 12.00 Lakhs.

 

OR

 

 

 

(ii)

Two contracts of value not less than

INR 7.00 Lakhs each.

 

OR

 

 

 

(iii) Three contracts of value not less than

INR 6.00 Lakhs each.

 

NOTE:

1.The word executed means that the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified in the above QR within preceding Seven (07) years period even if the contract/order has been started earlier and/ or is not completed/ closed.

2.Indented Item: Indented items means #24 PORT LAYER 2 SWITCHES WITH 10G SUPPORT#

3.Similar Items: Similar Items means #24 PORT ETHERNET SWITCHES WITH 10G SUPPORT#

4.In support of successfully executing the supply, agency has to submit the copy of PO/Contract document with material receipt challan copy/ Exicise Invoice/work completion certificate or any document proving successful supply of the material.

5.Documents required for fulfillment of 'Qualifying requirements" with bidder self-attestation and for submission of 'TECHNICAL BID':

a) Copy of 'Affidavit for proprietorship/partnership deed/Article of association including changes if any', Copy of PAN, Copy of VAT/TIN registration with Sales Tax Authorities.

b) Copies of Purchase order and corresponding Invoices/Receipted Challan/ Delivery Challan/ LRRR/Final Inspection report/MDCC

as a proof of having supplied the item.

c)Copy of Certificates to prove the manufacturing capacity for this item.

d)Audited Balance sheet / Certificate from Charted Accountant incorporating the turnover details during the last 3 financial years.

e)All technical details of the offered item with supporting technical catalogue duly signed and attached with bid .

f)NOTE: All the above documents are to be attached in the 'C folder, while submitting bid.

6.On scheduled Bid opening date, only the technical bid shall be opened. After assessment of QR data & other technical details as submitted by bidder, QR & Technically qualified bidders shall be intimated for opening of their price bid later on.

7.Bidder should note that "ANY BID, NOT ACCOMPANIED BY AN ACCEPTABLE BID SECURITY and NO DEVIATION CERTIFICATE IN A SEPARATE SEALED ENVELOPE SUBMITTED IN PHYSICAL FORM IN THE OFFICE OF NTPC-MOUDA BEFORE BID OPENING DATE, SHALL BE REJECTED BY NTPC AS BEING NON RESPONSIVE & TECHNICAL BIDS OF SUCH BIDDERS SHALL NOT BE OPENED ON SCHEDULED BOD.

8.Bid Documents can be downloaded from our web site http://www.ntpctender.com or https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart?sap-client=500&sap-language=EN on registration and online payment (Non-refundable) towards cost of bidding documents and the downloaded documents can be used for bidding purpose. First time users/indenting bidders having no vendor code are requested to contact NTPC Mouda C&M department along with draft in physical form for downloading of the bid documents

9.The last date for receipt of queries from bidders is mentioned in the bid invitation. Bidders are requested to submit all the queries in writing/email to reach NTPC prior to this date.

Any errata/addendum/corrigendum subsequent to this NIT shall not be published through press advertisement and the same shall be available only on our website www.ntpctender.com

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
