3.0Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the

stipulated bid	submission closing	date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security
and Integrity	Pact (if applicable)	shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at RAIPUR or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site

(https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the			bidder would require
vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained	by submitting a questionnaire		available at our SRM
site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not		allotted any vendor code are required to
approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale	Close date	alongwith duly filled in questionnare for
issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

The scope of work shall be construction / renovation of boys and girls toilets complete	as per schedule of items,
technical specifications and drawings and within the stipulated time frame.
The toilets locations are scattered at different places and grouped in packages.
The structure shall be a #Ground floor# with brick masonry walls with RCC roof slab. The works shall involve
excavation, filling / backfilling, brick masonry works in foundation and superstructure, PCC, RCC roof slab, finishing
works like plastering, flooring, painting, T-Iron frames and MS doors, sanitary works ( like	W C squatting pan, SCI/CI

pipes)	and plumbing CPVC pipes / fittings with PTMT fixtures, water-proofing, plinth protection and construction of
leach	pit.

There shall be no owner issue material for the works. All the materials, labours, transportation etc including construction water and power shall be arranged by the bidder at his own cost.

Number of Toiles: No of toilets to be constructed in WR-II is 2221. Details given below-

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

1.0The Applicant should meet the minimum Qualifying Requirements stipulated here under as per clause 1.1 & 1.2:

1.1The Applicant should have executed civil works within the preceding seven (7) years as on date of notice inviting applications, meeting any one of the following criteria:

i)Executed value not less than Rs. 240 Lakhs in a Single Contract.

ii)Executed value not less than Rs. 150 Lakhs each in two Contracts.

iii)Executed value not less than Rs. 120 Lakhs each in three Contracts.

1.2Financial Criteria:

1.2.1Average Annual Turnover:

The average annual turnover	of	the	Applicant,	in	the preceding three	(3) financial years	as on the last date notified for
receipt of application, should	not	be	less than	Rs.	514 Lacs (Rupees	Five Hundred and	Fourteen lakhs Only).

1.2.2 In cases where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available, certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall also be considered acceptable.

Notes: Other Income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

1.3 Notwithstanding anything stated above, the Employer reserves the right to verify any information/document furnished, inspect the works carried out by the applicant and also to carry out assessment of the capabilities and capacity of the applicant to perform the contract, should the circumstances warrant such assessment in the overall interest of the Employer.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without

assigning any

reason

whatsoever and in such

case

bidder/intending bidder

shall

have

any

claim arising out

such

action.

New Vendor neither having any vendor code in SAP nor any SRM login ID and Password

1.	Duly filled Annexure-1 (format given below) and PAN card scanned / photo copy (Self							Attested) along with	the
detailed address should reach us at least seven working days prior to			Las	Date of Tender		Fee	Payment.
2.	Before	download/ viewing the tender document, bidder has to	pay	requisite	tender	fee	either through payment		gate
