Note: Special Conditions of Contract (SCC) shall prevail over any other related conditions anywhere else in this tender documents
1.0A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned at 05 above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd, payable at Surat or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM site
(https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least five working days prior to Document Sale Close Date along with duly filled in questionnaire for the issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password. Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
2.0QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS (QR) FOR BIDDERS.
2.1The agency must be a plant maintenance agency and have successfully executed the work of boiler tube repair/replacement of power plant of capacity 250MW or process Boiler of at least 50Kg or above in two P.O as on date of technical bid opening and certified/approved agency to carry out boiler repair by Director of Boiler (IBR) meeting the criteria in either of the following:-
(a)Single Order of similar contract value not less than Rs. 31.63 lac
OR
(b) |
Two Orders of similar contract value not less than Rs. 19.77 lac |
OR
(c)Three Orders of similar contract value not less Rs. 15.82 lac
2.2The average annual turnover of the bidder for the preceding three completed financial years as on date of bid opening shall not be less than Rs.19.77 lac.
Note:
(i)Similar work means the work mentioned at para 2.1 above. If party submit single P.O copy at sl.no.2.1(a), then party should submit one more P.O copy of any value.
(ii)The relevant/necessary documents should be submitted along with technical bid and should be self attested by bidder.
(iii)The word executed means the bidder should have achieved the progress specified in the QR even if the total contract is not completed/closed and the same shall be supported by documentary evidences like Completion
certificate or copy of invoice against work executed or copy of receipt of payment.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: |

Bidders are requested to check the above mentioned Qualifying Requirements |

(QR) of the subject tender before down loading of tender documents. |
4.2Documents as a proof of meeting Qualifying Requirements should be submitted along with the offer only.
4.3The bidding documents can be down loaded from NTPC's websites www.ntpctender.com or www.ntpc.co.in on registration and the down- loaded documents can be used for bidding purpose.
4.4Bid not accompanied with requisite bid guarantee (EMD) in a separate envelope or bids accompanied by bid guarantee of inadequate value shall not be entertained. In such cases bids shall be returned to the bidders without being opened.
4.5NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the invitation for bids without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
4.6Transfer Bidding Documents purchased by one intending bidder to another is not permissible.
