Applicant who wishes to participate in the enlistment shall satisfactorily establish that it fulfills the Eligibility Criteria requirements stipulated hereunder:-
3.1Applicant should have a fleet of minimum 60 vehicles having Taxi Permit ( out of which atleast 09 vehicles shall be of 2013 / 2014 registration) of various models like Tata Indica Vista, Maruti Swift, Toyota Etios Liva, Tata Indigo, Hyundai Accent, Ford Ikon,
Swift Dzire, Maruti SX IV, Honda City, Ford Fiesta, VW-Vento, Sunny Nissan, Hyundai Verna, Toyota Corolla, Corolla Altis, Chevrolet Optra, Toyota Innova, Tavera, Scorpio,
Xylo, Camry, Accord, Laura etc and other latest models of different Auto Companies. The Vehicles should be registered in the name of the Applicant Agency or with any other associate agency with whom the Applicant Agency has a formal agreement / MOU for leasing of vehicles. However, the number of vehicles owned by the Applicant Agency solely should be atleast 36 nos. The Applicant Agency has to submit the Registration copies, Agreement / MOU etc in support of the above.
3.2The Applicant Agency should submit the necessary documents / orders totalling
Rs.10 Lakhs issued by any PSU / Banks / Govt / Corporate in the last three years in support of the work experience in Taxi hiring business.
3.3The office / garage of the Applicant agency from where the vehicles will be dispatched for duty should be located within 15 km radius from WR-1 HQ Office, MIDC, Marol.
Necessary documents showing the Address of the Applicant agency shall be provided by the Applicant agency.
3.4The Applicant agency must have Service Tax Registration No. and PAN No.
3.5Note :
(i)In clause 3.2 above, the word “work experience” means the applicant should have achieved the criteria specified in the eligibility criteria within the preceding Three (03) year period even if the contract has not completed / closed.
3.6FINANCIAL CRITERIA
3.6.1The average annual turnover of the Applicant agency, in the preceding three (3) financial years as on date of opening of Applications, shall not be less than Rs. 20.00 Lacs ( Indian Rupees Twenty Lakhs only ). Audited Financial Statements of Last Three (03) Years shall be submitted by the Applicant agency for ascertaining the Turnover.
Notes :-
(i)Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.
(ii)In case where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available, certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall also be considered acceptable.
3.7 Notwithstanding anything stated above, the Employer reserves the right to assess the capabilities and capacity of the Applicant / his collaborators / associates to perform the contract, should the circumstances warrant such assessment in the overall interest of the Employer.
4.0Subsequent to enlistment, only the enlisted agencies will be allowed to submit the bids in respect of specific enquiry of WR-1 HQ (Regional Headquarter) for Hiring of AC Vehicles package till the time enlistment is valid.
