allotted any vendor code are required to |

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail
Procurement of Non contact RADAR type level measurement system for Ash Silo and Buffer Hopper in Stage-Il Ash Handling Plant of TSTPS
6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.
7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
1.0 |
The |
average annual turnover of the bidder in last three (3) financial years as on date of bid opening shall not be |
less |
than |
Rs. 15.50 lakh. |
2.0 The bidder should be a Manufacturer or an authorized representative of manufacturer of Non Contact RADAR Type Level Measurement System of the offered make suitable for continuous measurement of level in process industries.
3.0 The bidder should have executed as on date of bid opening, |

|
i) |
at least one order for radar type level transmitter of value |
not less than Rs. 12.40 lakhs each, OR |
|
|
ii) |
at least two orders for radar type level transmitter of value not less than |
7.75 |
lakhs |

iii) at least three orders for radar type level transmitter of value not less than 6.20 lakhs. |

1) |
The work "executed" means that the bidder should have |
achieved the progress specified |

the QR even |
if |
the total |
order is not completed I closed. |

2) |
Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover. |

|
3) |
In cases where audited results of the last preceding |
financial year |
are |
not |
available, |
certification |
of |
financial |
statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall also |
be considered acceptable. |

|
|
|
4)Authorized representative can only qualify for their manufacturer#s product.
8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without
assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.

11.0 Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) registered with District Industries Centres or Khadi and Village Industries Commission or Khadi and Village Industries Board or Coir Board or National Small Industries Corporation or Directorate of Handicrafts and Handloom or any other body specified by Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises as per
MSMED Act 2006, for goods produced and services rendered, shall be |

The benefit as above to MSEs shall be available only for goods/service |
produced & provided by MSEs for |

are registered. MSEs seeking exemption and benefits should enclosed a attested/self certified copy of valid registration
certificate, giving details such as validity, stores/services etc. failing |
which they run the |
risk of their bid being passed |
over as ineligible for the benefits applicable to MSEs. |
