3.0 Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at KORBA or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0 Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail TOOLS & EQUIPMENT FOR INSTRUMENT

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS:

1.The bidder should have supplied equipments required for Instruments Mechanic Trade and should meet any one of the following criteria, during the last Seven (7) years ending with the last date of the month preceding the month of publication of NIT:

a) Single order of value not less than Rs. 76 Lakh [Rupees seventy six Lakh] or

b) Two order of value not less than Rs. 48 Lakh [Rupees fourty eight Lakh] each. or

c) Three order of Value not less than Rs. 38 Lakh [Rupees thirty eight Lakh] each.

The work / order executed means the bidder should have achieved the criterion specified in the QR, even if the total contract is not completed / closed. In case of contracts under execution as on last date of the month proceeding the month of publication of NIT, the value of the work executed till such date will be considered provided the same is certified by the employer.

2.Financial Criteria :

The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (3) financial years as on the last date of the month proceeding the month of publication of NIT shall not be less than Rs. 190 Lakh [Rupees one hundred ninty Lakh Only].

(i)While computing the annual turn over, other income shall not be considered.

(ii)In case where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available, certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable.

3. The bidder shall have to submit the following documents in support of meeting the QR along with their bid:

3.1 The bidder to submit documentary support in support of Clause-1 of QR.

3.2 Copies of audited balance sheet and profit & loss account for the preceding 03 financial years in support of Clause -2 of QR.

Notwithstanding anything stated above, the Owner reserves the right to assess the capabilities and capacity of the Bidder / his collaborators/associates/subsidiaries/group companies to perform the contract, should the circumstances warrant such assessment in the overall interest of the Employer.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
