1.0 Thebiddershouldbeamanufactureroforiginalbearing.
OR
Thebiddershouldbeasubsidiary/authorizedchannelpartner/authorizeddealeroftheOEMasaboveas onthedateofopeningofTechno-commercialproposal.ThebiddershouldbedulyauthorizedbytheOEM forthistender.
2.0The bidder should have supplied minimum order qty of bearings as per Appendix-1 in the preceding sevenyearsasonthedateofNIT,whichshouldhavecompletedminimumsatisfactorylifeoffiveyears. Bidderwillbeenlisted/standardizedforthetype/sizeofbearingshehassupplied.
3.0 Theaverageannualfinancialturnoverofthebidderintheprecedingthreefinancialyearsasonthedateof
NITshouldnotbelessthanRs.87.00Lacs.

1.Vendors have to submit the LETTER OF UNDERTAKING for five years of satisfactory life of bearings as per formatenclosedalongwithtenderdocuments,failingwhichofferwillnotbeconsideredforevaluation.

3.Vendors/agencies should submit credentials related to supplies made as per QR in the concerned area for which enlistment is sought i.e. copies of P.O. along with execution proof like invoices, Challans,GRsandperformancereport.
4.Copies of audited balance sheet & profit and loss account of last three financial years (i.e. 2011-12, 2012-13&2013-14)certifiedbypracticingCharteredAccountant.
5.Certificate of enlistment /registration/standardization with other power plant of NTPC or State ElectricityBoards(SEBs)/anyother, ifany.
6.Anyothersupportinginformationinadditiontoabovewhichapplicantwouldliketosubmit.
7.Copyofhighestvaluepurchaseorderrelevanttotheenlistmentsoughtfor.
8.Documentary evidence of being a manufacturer/subsidiary/authorized channel partner/authorized dealeroftheOEM
9.MemorandumofArticleofAssociation/partnershipdeed/affidavitofproprietorshipwithname(s)and address/addressesofthesoleproprietor/partners/boardofdirectors.
10.CopyofPowerofAttorneyofauthorizedsignatory,ifapplicable.
11.BiddershouldhaveavalidIncomeTaxPermanentAccountNumber(PAN).
NB: Based on the details furnished by the intending vendors, NTPC will evaluate the capability and capacityofthevendorsw.r.t.ORGANIZATION,TECHNICALEXPERTISE,FINANCIALSOUNDNESSAND PASTEXPERIENCEtoenlist/standardizethevendors.
NTPCifsodesiremayverifytheperformanceofthevendorfromtheirrespectiveclients.

2.Theenlisted/standardizedbiddersshallhavetosubmitEarnestMoneyDeposit,whereveraskedfor, andfollowourgeneraltermsandconditionsofpurchaseorcontracts,ifenquiriesortendersareissued tothem.
3.Thestandardizationshallbevalidforaperiodofthreeyearsfromthedateofstandardization.

6.NTPCmayuseinformationprovidedbythevendorsorcontractorsunderthisprocess(Enlistmentof vendors) for registration of the vendors after scrutiny of their applications under pre-qualification procedureasperNTPCrulesinthisconnection.
7.NTPC reserves the right to verify authenticity of the information furnished to assess the capability before enlistment of agency for any specific category, as well as to accept/ reject without assigning any reason thereof. Nocorrespondence/ querieswillbeentertained;NTPCshallnotbe responsible for any postal delay, lossor non receipt of application sent through post. NTPC reserves the right to rejectanyoralltheapplicationswithoutassigninganyreasonsthereof.
