alongwith duly filled in questionnare for

issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

1.0 The bidder should be a manufacturer

of #Mangenese Steel Casting Crusher Hammers# with in-house testing facilities

and having supplied such hammers to NTPC/PSUs/State Electricity Board/Material Handling Industries.

2.0 The bidder should have executed any

one of the following similar work during the preceding seven years from the

date of opening of

techno-commercial bid

opening:

(i)One similar order valuing not be less than Rs. 29.68 lacs

OR

(ii)Two similar orders each valuing not less than Rs. 18.55 lacs

OR

(iii)Three similar orders each valuing not less than Rs. 14.84 lacs

3.0 The average annual turnover of the

bidder

in the preceding three financial years as on

the date

of

opening

of

Techno-commercial

bid opening

shall not

be less

than Rs. 74.20 lacs.

Note:

a. #Similar works# means any work which includes supply of #Mangenese Steel Casting Crusher Hammers#

b. The word " executed " mentioned above

means the bidder should have achieved the criteria

specified

above,even

if

the total contract is started earlier and/or is

not completed/closed.

c. In case of orders under execution, the

value of work executed till the date of opening

of Techno-

commercial

proposal As certified by the client shall be considered.

d. While computing the annual turnover other income shall not be considered.

e. In case where audited results

for the last

preceding financial year not available certification of financial statement from

a Chartered Accountant shall be

considered
