3.0 Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at New Delhi or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

Annual Rate Contract for Tata Sumo/Scorpio/Tavera/Innova/Xylo/Safari/Renault Duster/Ford Ecosport/ Ashok Leyland Evalia/Nissan Terram/XUV 500 commercial registered taxies in NCR (Petrol/Diesel driven) vehicles for within around Delhi, Noida, Gr. Noida on as and when required basis for a period of two (02) years as per scope of work at Volume-III of tender documents.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

7-a) The bidder should have at least 03 ( Three) years continuous experience as on date of opening of Techno-commercial in providing taxies on hire basis to Govt./ Public Sector/ Private Sector Companies/ Institutions.

*Documents Required:

Copies of work order/Letter of award/agreement/completion certificate having award value, scope of work/services and bill of quantities etc for aforesaid taxi service.

7-b) The bidder should have at least Five (5) nos. of Tata Sumo/ Scorpio/Tavera /Innova/ Xylo/ Safari/ Renault Duster/Ford Ecosport/ Ashok Leyland Evalia/Nissan Terram/XUV 500 (Petrol/Diesel driven) type commercial registered vehicle in the name of Proprietor/ Company/ Partners/ Firm.

*Documents Required: Copies of Name & address/(es)of Board of Directors/Owners, Memorandum and Article of association/ Partnership deed including change in the constitution of the company, if any for the last three years, duly notarized affidavit in case of proprietary concern.

7-c) The average annual turnover of bidder in the preceding (3) three financial years as on date of Techno Commercial bid opening shall not be less than Rs. 37.57 lacs ( Rupees Thirty Seven Lacs and Fifty Seven Thousand Only)

*Documents Required:

Audited balance Sheet/ Turnover certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant with Profit and Loss Account for the last three years ending 31.03.2014

Note:

1) While computing the Annual Turnover, other income shall not be considered.

2) In case where audited results for the preceding financial	year is not available, certification of financial statement from a
practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered as acceptable.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
