3.0 Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at Not Given. or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date alongwith duly filled in questionnare for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

DEPLOYMENT OF 01 NO. 32 SEATED MINI BUS (TATA MACRO-POLO STAR BUS BS-IV DIESEL MODEL 2014 NON-AC FOR 24 HRS. DUTY) FOR CISF UNIT AT NTPC BARH.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

1.The Bidder should be capable of executing work of DEPLOYMENT OF 32 SEATED MINI BUS. The vehicle offered should be the tenderers own first-hand vehicle. The tenderer cannot quote for a hired or leased vehicle. It should be a 32 seater Tata Bus (commercial); the vehicle should be of a latest model and the date of manufacturing of the vehicle should be not be earlier than 01/01/2014. The vehicle must have commercial registration in Bihar.

2.The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three financial years as on the date of bid opening shall not be less than Rs. 7,72,000.00 excluding other income.

3.The bidder should have successfully executed similar work during last seven years as on the date of the bid opening to meet either of the following criteria:-

(a) Three similar work valuing not less than Rs.3.088 Lakh each.

OR

(b) Two similar work valuing not less than Rs.3.86 Lakh each. OR

(c) One similar work valuing not less than Rs.6.17 Lakh. Note:-

(i)Similar Work Means: - Executing work of DEPLOYMENT OF MINI BUS (Minm. 32 seater). (ii)Executed work means:-Value of actually executed portion of an order and not the order value.

In case of purchase order under execution as on date of bid opening, the value of purchase order carried out till date of bid opening will be considered the value of executed order as certified by owner.

(iii) Not withstanding anything stated above, the employer reserves the right to assess the capabilities & capacity of the bidder/his collaborators/associates/subsidiaries/group companies as case may be to perform the contract should be the circumstances warrant such assessment in over all interest of owner.

4.Bidder should have PAN and Service Tax Registration.

5.The Bidder must submit the following documents: Details of order, proof of execution, audited balance sheets of last three years/ Statement of accounts for last three (03) years duly certified by practicing Chartered Accountant and Service Tax Registration, PAN to establish their credential in line with the qualifying requirements.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
