INVITATION FOR APPLICATION FOR ENLISTMENT

1)NTPC Bongaigaon invites application for enlistment from eligible manufacturers for Supply of OP Cement to NTPC-Bongaigaon.

A.QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS FOR ENLISTMENT OF VENDORS FOR SUPPLY OF OP CEMENT:

1.00(a) The manufacturer must be a BIS certified manufacturer of OPC 43 Grade cement as per BIS: 8112 for the last 03 years reckoned as on the date of bid opening.

1.00(b) The manufacturer should have experience of supplying OPC 43 Grade cement as per BIS: 8112 for the last 03 years reckoned as on the date of bid opening and the same to be supported with at least one documentary evidence for each year.

2.00 The manufacturer should have executed supply of 43 Grade OP Cement to reputed consumers/end users during the preceding 07 years reckoned as on the date of bid opening as the following:

Single order of value at least Rs.214.00 Lakh.

Two orders of value at least Rs.134.00 Lakh.

Three orders of value at least Rs.107.00 Lakh.

3.00The average annual turnover of the manufacturer in the proceeding 3(three) financial years as on date of bid opening shall not be less than Rs.534.00 Lakh.

Note:

01. Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

02. The word executed means that the manufacturer should have achieved progress specified in the QR even if the total contract is not completed/ closed. The same should be supported by documentary evidence issued by the owner.

03.In case where audited result for the last preceding financial year is not available, certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall also be considered acceptable.

04.The manufacturer shall submit documentary evidence/proof of meeting qualifying requirements stipulated above.

B.ENLISTMENT CRITERIA:

01.Enlistment shall be for a period of two years from the date of approval. NTPC may extend the period of enlistment for one more year.

02.	Annual requirement of OPC-43 shall be around 12500 to 15000MT.
03.	Manufacturers are not required to submit Tender fee/ Bid security while applying for
	enlistment.
04.	Manufacturer desirous of getting them enlisted for supply of OP Cement 43 Grade are
	requested to submit applications with documentary evidence towards meeting the
	above qualifying requirements.
05.	While submitting application for enlistment, manufacturers are requested to submit
	the enclosed information questionnaire duly filled and signed.
C. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
01.	NTPC reserves the right to verify any claims made by manufacturers and to carry out
	a capability assessment. The decision of NTPC shall be final in this regard.

02.NTPC also reserves the right to accept any proposal or to reject all proposals at any time prior to any short-listing/ empanelment without incurring any liability or without any obligation to inform the affected party of the grounds for such decision.

03.NTPC will not be responsible in any way, for late receipt of request for enlistment due to any postal delay in any form, in transit.

04.The last date of receipt of application/bid opening for enlistment is 31.10.2014 by 05:00 PM. Applications received after specified date and time are liable to be rejected summarily.
