5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail
Supply of Vibration/Modal Shakers of different capacities (01 No. of sine pk force
#Installation and commissioning of the Vibration / Modal Shakers with its all accessories at NETRA, Greater Noida.
#Training for (i) use of features & capabilities of the supplied Modal Shakers, (ii) General operation and maintenance and trouble shooting of the equipment and accessories.
#CAMC of the Modal Shakers for Two Years after warranty period.
6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.
7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
7.1The bidder should be a manufacturer of Vibration/Modal Shakers.

An authorized dealer / distributor / channel partner of the manufacturer [as defined at Para 7.1] as on date of opening of Techno
7.2The bidder and/or their manufacturer should have successfully executed any one of the following similar jobs during preceding five years as on the date of Techno Commercial bid opening.
a)Single order of min # 2.534 Million [Rupees Two Million Five Hundred Thirty Four Thousand] or equivalent in foreign currency or
b)Two orders of min # 1.583 Million [Rupees One Million Five Hundred Eighty Three Thousand] or equivalent in foreign currency each.
or
c)Three orders of min # 1.267 Million [Rupees One Million Two Hundred Sixty Seven Thousand] or equivalent in foreign currency each.
NOTES:-
01. For order in foreign currency, the exchange rate as on the date of
02. Similar jobs means supply, installation and commissioning of #Minimum 01 No. of Vibration/Modal Shakers along with or without accessories#.
03. The work executed means the bidder should have achieved the criterion specified in the QR, even if the total contract is started earlier and/or not completed/closed and should have supplied and commissioned at least one number of Vibration/Modal Shakers along with or without accessories# as in 7.2 above.
04. In case of contracts under execution as on date of Techno # Commercial bid opening, the value of work executed till the date of Techno # Commercial bid opening will be considered provided the value of executed work is certified by the client as completed.
7.3 Financial Criteria
The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (3) financial years as on the date of Techno Commercial bid opening shall not be less than # 12.668 Million [Rupees Twelve Million Six Hundred Sixty Eight Thousand] or in equivalent foreign currency.
NOTES :-
01. While computing the annual turn over, other income shall not be considered.

03. In case where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available, certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable.
04. In case bid is submitted by the agent on behalf of their manufacturer and order is to be placed on manufacturer, the turn over of the manufacturer can also be considered.
8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the Invitation For Bids (IFB) for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
