3.0Bid Security and Integrity Pact (if applicable) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope separately offline by the

stipulated bid	submission closing	date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security
and Integrity	Pact (if applicable)	shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

4.0 A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd., Payable at Not Given. or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site

(https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the			bidder would require
vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained	by submitting a questionnaire		available at our SRM
site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not		allotted any vendor code are required to
approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale	Close date	alongwith duly filled in questionnare for
issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.

5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail

SCOPE OF WORK

The scope of this work is the Construction of shed near Shagun Kitchen as per the instruction of EIC.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.Agency shall arrange all T & P etc. for execution of work at their own cost.

2.The work shall be executed as per CPWD specification.

3. Agency shall arrange and take care of all safety measures during execution of work at his own cost.

4.Date of start shall be intimated by Engineer in charge.

5.Completion period shall be 6(Six) months.

6.Defect liability period shall be 12 months.

7.Cement	& reinforcement steel(reinforcement only) and	Fly Ash Bricks will be issued free of cost from	NTPC central
store and	Ash brick plant respectively for the bonafide	use in work, loading, unloading & transporting is	in the scope of

the agency for which nothing extra will be paid. ESTIMATED COST OF FREE ISSUE MATERIAL IS Rs. 1,53,710.00.

8.Agency will be responsible for safe keeping of free issue material.

9.Agency will maintain proper records for usage of free issue material.

10.All other terms & conditions shall be as per GCC for civil works Of NTPC.

11.VARIATION CLAUSE:- IN THIS PROPOSAL, THE VARIATION MAY BE (+/-)20% ON OVERALL AWARDED CONTRACT VALUE, HOWEVER, QUANTITY OF INDIVIDUAL ITEM SHALL BE RESTRICTED TO (+) 20% ONLY FOR ABOVE GROUND ITEMS AND (+) 100% FOR BELOW GROUND ITEMS.

12.BOQ ITEM DSR CODE 12.1.3, THE THICKNESS OF GI SHEET READ AS 0.80MM INSTEAD OF 0.100MM. 6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

a) The bidder should have the experience of construction of shed/ building in an industrial plant or any township. AND / OR

The bidder should have the experience of erection/ fabrication of structural steel work.

b) The	bidder	should	have executed	similar work (	as	per	para 7(a)) during last seven (7) years ending last day of the
month	previous	to one	in which bids	are opened as	any	of	the following :-

(i) One similar executed work of value not less than Rs. 4.50 lacs.

							OR
(ii)	Two similar executed	works of value not less	than Rs.		3.00	lacs	each.
							OR
(iii) Three similar executed works of value not less than				Rs.	2.50	lacs	each.
c)	The average annual	turnover of the bidder	in the	three preceding completed financial years, as on the date of bid
opening shall not be less than Rs. 12.00 lacs.
8.0	Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
