Kudgi Super Thermal Power Project (KuSTPP) is a coal based power plant of NTPC Limited (A Govt. of India Enterprises). The total installed capacity is 4000 MW consisting of Stage I: 3X800 MW & Stage II: 2X800 MW. The plant is located at a distance of 40 K.M. (approx.) from Bijapur in Basvana Bagewadi Taluk, Dist: Bijapur of Karnataka State.
Applications are invited in prescribed forms from experienced and resourceful suppliers/agencies / contractors to get themselves enlisted for various categories and classes of works involving supply, Construction, Installation, repair and maintenance woks pertaining to Civil, Electrical, mechanical, misc. Fabrication and erection works, horticulture works, guest house maintenance, Supplying of Manpower, house keeping works, Hiring of equipment,, Laying of cables at NTPC Kudgi. The panel of enlisted agencies / contractors will be used in future, for issuing Limited Tender Enquiries as and when required (within the limit of financial levels up to which they are enlisted). However, issue of such enquiries to enlisted agencies / contractors or otherwise, will be at the sole discretion of NTPC.

NSIC registered/agencies/contractors/bidders are exempted from payment of enlistment fee. Agencies / contractors/bidders who are registered with SSI of Karnataka State are also exempted from payment of enlistment fee.
1.Following documents are required to be furnished by the vendor intending to enlist with us
a)Vendor enlistment form duly filled in.
b)Information along with documentary proof regarding PF, ESI & other statutory requirements.
c)Copy of major value work orders/purchase orders as specified in Annexures. Please furnish only relevant major order copies required by Qualifying Requirements in each type of work.
d)Turnover details for the last three financial years (2011-12, 2012-13 & 2013-14).
e)Balance sheet copy for last 3 financial years In case audited results are not available, Turnover, P&L and Balance Sheet certified by Practicing Chartered Accountant may be Furnished
f)Enlistment Fee of Rs.650/-.
g)Valid NSIC Certificate and / or Valid SSI certificate of Karnataka Government.
2.The Agencies, who are presently banned from business dealings by any of the NTPC units, shall not be considered.
3.Enlistment application forms may be obtained by any interested agency / contractor / bidder on submission of a written application mentioning the name of the work from the office of

4.To download vendor enlistment form please visit at www.ntpctender.com or www.ntpc.co.inor www.ntpcindia.com.
5.Last date for the receipt of enlistment forms duly filled, with all enclosures / documents in support of QR and with the enlistment fee of RS 650/- per work of each category, for which enlistment is sought, is 25/10/2014. The applications complete in all respect should reach
AGM(C&M), on or before 10/11/2014 by post or hand delivered.
6.NTPC shall not be responsible for any postal delay, loss or non receipt of request for application form/ application sent through post.
7.Contractor / Agency can apply for more than one category / group. However, separate Enlistment Fee AND copies of Application Form shall be made for each work of each category.
8.Based on the details furnished by intending agencies, NTPC will evaluate the capacity & capability of the agency with respect to ORGANIZATION, TECHNICAL EXPERTISE, FINANCIAL SOUNDNESS AND PAST EXPERIENCE to enlist agencies for any work. NTPC’s decision shall be final in this regard.
9.NTPC reserves the right to verify authenticity of the information furnished to assess the capability before enlistment of agency for any specific category, as well as to accept / reject the same without assigning any reason thereof. No correspondence / queries will be entertained in this regard.
10.NTPC reserves the right to the reject any or all the applications without assigning any reasons thereof.
11.NTPC reserves right to add / enlist agencies based on the existing information / credentials of those agencies who are already working or worked with NTPC / Kudgi in the past after collection of requisite enlistment Fee directly.

The nature of supplies/services required are given in Annexure-A. These works are of three categories.
Category-I for Tenders of value upto Rs.5.0 Lakhs
Category-II for Tenders of value above Rs. 5.0 Lakhs to Rs.15.0 Lakhs
Category-III ( for Tenders of value Rs. 15.0 Lakhs and up to Rs. 50.0 Lakhs).
Note: For the calculation purpose of Qualifying Requirement, the average value of slab has been considered in each category). (For Category-II 5Lakhs+15Lakhs/2=10 Lakhs) (For Category-III 15Lakhs+50Lakhs/2=32.5Lakhs 30 lakhs) On the basis of documents submitted by the agencies they shall be considered for Category-I, Category-II and/or Category-III only. The basis shall be qualifying requirements given below which shall be considered along with the a) special qualifying requirement (as per each nature of material/work/service).

7.Dumpers: The vendor should be manufacturer of Dumpers of minimum truck capacity of 35T.
8.Gratings: The vendor should be manufacturer/authorised dealer/supplier of Galvanized Gratings to with stand the minimum capacity of 2T for a Platform.

1.0Solar street lights: a) Special Qualifying Requirement: The vendor should be manufacturer/ authorised dealer/ supplier of solar street lights with 18/24 W LED luminaries, 120 w Photo Voltaic Panels and 100 AH battery.*
2.0DG Sets : a) Special Qualifying Requirement: 1) The vendor should be manufacturer / authorised dealer / supplier of DG sets of 125 KVA and above and successful operation for at least one year.*
3.0Lighting Masts: a) Special Qualifying Requirement: The vendor should be manufacturer/ supplier of lighting masts upto 30m height and which are successful operation for atleast one year.*
4.0Hydraulic operated truck mounted aerial working : a)Special Qualifying Requirement: The vendor should be manufacturer/supplier of Hydraulic operated truck mounted aerial working platform upto 15 m height and should have after sales service facility.*
5.0Fire tender (Water): a) Special Qualifying Requirement: The vendor should be a manufacture of mini fire tender*.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:
The contractors who are already working and/or worked earlier NTPC/Kudgi are also required to apply according to the above procedure failing which their names may not be considered.
Separate applications forms should be submitted for enlistment against each group.
Mere enlistment of a party / contractor do not confer any right to the contractor to be included in any bidder list for a particular tender. Contractor / Service Providers who are desirous of enlistment should also produce original work order and other documents in original as and when asked by NTPC for verification. Failure to produce such documents may lead to summarily rejecting of their applications.
After receipt of the information/ documents above NTPC would scrutinize and register the names of the parties as per the relevant work area. Decision of NTPC would be final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
Incomplete Applications or Application forms received without relevant supporting documents may be summarily rejected and may not be considered. If space is inadequate in any column, separate sheets should be used to give complete details, up to date information and support.
