VENDOR HAS TO SUPPLY DETAIL TEST REPORT(AS PER IS)ALONG WITH THE MATERIAL SUPPLIED.

2.0 QUALITY PLAN:

1.Pre dispatch inspection shall be carried out at Vendor's works as per P.O. specifications and Quality assurance plan (QAP).

2.Vendor to submit detailed QAP in NTPC, format and the same to be GOT approved by FQA and indenter (BTPS).

3.Performance guarantee should be given for 18 months from the date of dispatch or 12 months from the date of use.

4.The tests for which the company does not have in-house testing facilities, the same to be carried out at CPRI / ERDA / BHEL Bhopal / NABL ACCREDITED Laboratory.

5.All the tests as per QAP and Technical specifications are also to be got done by the vendor at CPRI / ERDA / BHEL Bhopal / NABL accredited laboratory.

3.0 EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT (EMD) : Bid Security in the amount of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only)

In case of Bank Guarantee, the same should be valid for 225 days from the date of Bid Opening and BG should be executed on Rs.

100/- non judicial stamp paper. Or

In case of DD/Banker#s cheque, same should be payable at Delhi in the favour of NTPC Ltd

No Interest shall be paid on EMD. Offers without EMD are liable for rejection

4.0 Quantity Variation : +/- 5% DUE TO THE NATURE OF ITEM.

5.0 DELIVERY SCHEDULE : Within 150 days.

6.0 Security Deposit: S.D. @5% of order value to be deposited by the firm and shall be released after completion of supplies.

7.0 Contract Performance Guarantee: Not Applicable.

8.0 Bid Opening Process : Technical Bid shall be opened of those bidders whose EMD's have been found in order and meeting other tender conditions, as stipulated in tender documents.

Price bids shall be opened on a later date of only those bidders whose technical bid is found acceptable and who fulfill the Qualifying Requirements.

The date of Price bid opening of such qualified bidders shall be separately intimated.

9.0 ALL THE DOCUMENTS OF TENDER ENQUIRY ARE ATTACHED IN COLLABORATION FOLDER.

6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.

7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

a)The vendor must be manufacturer and supplier of EHV Grade Transformer Oil as per IEC-296 CL-2.

b)The bidder should have executed any one of the following similar works in India in the preceding seven years as on the date of opening of Techno-Commercial proposal:

One work of value not less than Rs. 5.80 lacs (Rupees Five lakhs Eighty Thousand Only). OR

Two works of value not less than Rs. 3.62 lacs (Rupees Three lakhs Sixty Two Thousand Only) each. OR

Three works of value not less than of Rs. 2.90 lacs (Rupees Two lakhs Ninety Thousand Only) each.

b).(i) #Similar# works means any work which includes #Supply of EHV Grade Transformer Oil.#

(b).(ii) The work #executed# mentioned above means the bidder should have achieved the criteria specified above, even if the total contract is started earlier and / or is not completed / closed.

b).(iii) In case of orders under execution, the value of work executed till the date of opening of Techno-Commercial proposal as certified by the Client shall be considered.

c) The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three financial years as on the date of opening of Techno-Commercial proposal should not be less than Rs. 17.39 lacs (Rupees Seventeen lakhs Thirty Nine Thousand Only).

c).(i) While computing the annual turnover other income shall not be considered.

c).(ii) In case where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall be considered acceptable.

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

9.0 NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
