Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail
10.0 SUPPLY OF GASKETS & ADHESIVE GLUE FOR ONE PLATE TYPE HEAT EXCHANGER TYPE: VT 1309 B NBR
Supply of Adhesive Glue (50 kgs.) for fixing the gaskets.
The vendor shall submit fitment and interchangeability guarantee certificate.
10.20 Supply of Adhesive Materials Gasket cement Glue (CV3118001023):

Supply of one Set gaskets for Plate Type Heat Exchanger.
Party to submit copy of import documents and Test certificates.
Custom clearance and material dispatch from port to NTPC Anta site will be in the scope of agency.
10.10 PHE GASKET SUPPLY (TMPHE52GN630): (01 Set = 560 nos.)
prior to date of submission of the bid.
The vendor must have supplied the NBR gaskets & carried out the servicing of PHE in any PSU/Govt. Enterprise during last 5 years
Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

1.0 The Bidder should have experience in supplying of NBR Gaskets and servicing of Plate Heat Exchangers for any type of

industrial application to be used as an auxiliary of Steam turbine having minimum capacity of 100 MW.

lakhs.

ii) Two supplies of value not less than Rs. 11.90 lakhs.
iii) Three supplies of value not less than Rs. 9.52 lakhs.
i) One supply value not less than Rs. 19.03 lakhs.
OR

the line with the qualifying requirements.
