1.0A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of the documents as mentioned at 05 above in the form of a crossed account Payee demand draft in favour of NTPC Ltd, payable at Surat or directly through the payment gateway at our SRM site
(https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart). For logging on to the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least five working days prior to Document Sale Close Date along with duly filled in questionnaire for the issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password. Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
2.0QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS (QR) FOR BIDDERS.
2.1The average annual turnover of the bidder for the preceding three completed financial years (i.e., 2011-12, 2012-13 and 2013-14), as on date of technical bid opening shall not be less than Rs.34.85 Lacs.
2.2The bidder must have successfully executed either of the following similar works, during the last 07 (seven) years as on 31.07.2014:
(a)Single Order of Rs.55,76,223/-
OR
(b)Two Orders of Rs.34,85,140/-
OR
(c)Three Orders of Rs.27,88,112/- Note:
(i)Similar work means, the bidder should have successfully executed contract for hiring of minimum 02 Nos. Four Wheeler Passenger Vehicles for transportation like; Bus/Mini Bus/Sedan Cars/SUV Cars/Maruti Vans/ JEEP/ Cars of 800 cc or higher Engine size, for 8-24 Hrs. daily operation for at least 6 months in last Seven Financial Years.
(ii)The word executed means, the bidders should have achieved the progress even if the total contract is not completed/closed and the same shall be supported by documentary evidence.
(iii)Bidder shall submit documentary evidence for qualifying requirement as stated above.
