Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

7.1 The Bidder should be the OEM of Test Data Management System/Migration Software (TDMS) for SAP-ERP.
Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding

7.3 The bidder should have completed execution of any one of the following in the preceding five years as on the date of opening of

The bidder should be a Subsidiary/ dealer/Channel Partner /System Integrator duly authorized by the OEM as above for this tender
and should quote only for their products.
7.2 The bidder should have completed execution of at least two (2) orders for supply and installation/ implementation/ configuration
of TDMS for SAP-ERP in the preceding five years as on the date of opening of Techno-Commercial proposal. Each executed work
should have been implemented on minimum 250GB database size on single SAP-ERP instance.
Two #similar# works of value not less than Rs. 7 million (Rupees Seven million only) each or equivalent in foreign currency.
OR
Three #similar# works of value not less than Rs. 6 million (Rupees Six million only) each or equivalent in foreign currency.
Note:
(i) #Similar# works means any work which includes supply and installation/implementation/ configuration of TDMS software and/or
Techno-Commercial proposal:

NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the Invitation For Bids (IFB) for the subject package
without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
