Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
1. Average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (3) financial years as on the date of bid opening should not be less than

2. The bidder must have experience of having successfully executed Purchase order for supply of quoted item(s) as per RDSO drawing
during last 7 years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which applications are invited should be either of the

Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding

Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail
i. Three orders of value not less than Rs. 20.96 lacs each.
OR
ii. Two orders of value not less than Rs. 26.20 lacs each.
i. The word executed means that the bidder should have achieved the progress specified in the QR even if the total contract is not
iii. In cases where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available, certification of financial statements from a
completed/ closed.
ii. Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.
iii. Single order of value not less than Rs. 41.92 lacs each.
