2.0Qualifying requirement:
2.1Average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (3) financial years as on the date of bid opening should not be less than Rs. 400 lacs.
2.2The bidder must have experience of having successfully executed Purchase order for
supply of Anhydrous Ammonia Gas during last 7 years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which applications are invited should be either of the following:
i.Three orders of value not less than Rs. 40 lacs each.
OR
ii.Two orders of value not less than Rs.50 lacs each.
OR
iii.Single order of value not less than Rs.80 lacs each.
2.3Bidder must be a Manufacturer / supplier of Anhydrous Ammonia Gas as per IS 662.

Notes:
i.The word executed means that the bidder should have achieved the progress specified in the QR even if the total contract is not completed/ closed.
ii.Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.
iii.In cases where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available, certification of financial statements from a practicing chartered accountant shall also be considered acceptable.
3.0Document to be submitted along with application:-
i)The bidder/vender are requested to submit documentary evidence in support of meeting qualifying requirements such as-
a)Purchase Order copies along with Excise invoice, delivery Challan, LR copy etc as a proof of execution of referred purchase order during specified period
b)Copy of Balance sheet and Profit & Loss account for the specified period
c)Proof of being manufacture such as NSIC certificate, BIS certificate, Registration certificate with department of industries etc.
ii)Other documents as indicated in application form.
4.0Purchase of application
1.The application formcan be downloaded from www.ntpctender.com
2.Application form can also be obtained from the office of the AGM(Purchase) on any working day upto 17.30 Hrs as per Sale Start & Sale Close date.
3.Such issuance of Application Form will not automatically construe that bidders are considered qualified for enlistment.
4.Request for application documents received in person after the last date & time as mentioned above or received late due to delays of postal/ courier services shall not be entertained.
5.In case request for Application Documents is obtained by post, any delay or loss will be the sole responsibility of the applicant and NTPC shall not be responsible for any postal/communication delay.
6.The application formdownloaded can be used to apply for enlistment for one item only. Any vender seeking registration for more than one item shall be required to apply for each itemseparately through separate application form.
7.SME / Small Scale Industries registered with the National Small Scale Industries Corporation (NSIC) under single point registration scheme and SSI units registered in UP shall be exempted from payment of Application Form fee. Vendors seeking exemption should enclose a self certified legible copy of valid registration certificate preferably attested.

5.0Submission of application:
i)The application form duly filled in is to be submitted along with requisite amount of application fee and all other documents as specified should reach in the office of AGM(Purchase) on or before last date & time for receipt of application.
ii)All applications must be accompanied with application fee of Rs
iii)Application fee may be paid in form of DD/Pay Order/ Banker’s Cheque in favor of NTPC Limited, from any Nationalized or scheduled bank, payable at the State Bank of India, Code No.7523 or Union Bank of India, Code No.550116, Rihand Nagar (Bijpur), Dist. Sonebhadra (UP).
iv)Application form duly filled along with application fee & all other relevant documents is to be submitted in a sealed envelope super scribing on the envelop “Enlistment of Vendors – Purchase Section” and “Tender Notice no”.
v)Filled applications received in person after the last date & time of submission as mentioned above or received late due to delays of postal/ courier services shall not be entertained.
vi)The full name postaladdress and Tel. No. of the applicant shall be written on left hand corner of the sealed envelope. The applications shall be addressed to:

viii)The application shall be received up to 15.00 Hrs. on the last date of submission in the office of AGM(Purchase), NTPC, RIHAND.
6.0Evaluation Criteria: The committee will examine the applications of vendors based on Qualifying Requirement stipulated in Para 2.0 above.
7.0General terms & conditions:
a)In case, the date of last date of receipt of application coincides with HOLIDAY, the same shall be shifted to next working day.
b)NTPC shall not be responsible for any postal delay, loss of
c)Incomplete application/application without application fees/ relevant documents in support of meeting PQR are liable to be rejected.

d)Notwithstanding anything stated above, NTPC reserves the right to assess vendor’s capability & capacity to perform the work, should the circumstances warrant such assessment in overall interests of the Owner.
e)NTPC reserves the right to issue, reject any or all applications or cancel/withdraw the notice inviting enlistment without assigning any reason whatsoever thereof and in such case no vendor/intending vendor shall have claim arising out of such action.
f)The enlistment shall be valid for three years.
