**Enlistment of vendors shall be communicated only to those bidders, who are found

qualified at a later date.

1.GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1.1Suitable bidders may please collect the Application form document on submission of request application on or before last date of issued period or may down load from NTPC website.

1.2Issuance of documents to any bidder shall not construe that such bidder is considered qualified. Fulfillment of qualifying requirements by the bidders will be reviewed/evaluated by NTPC Limited .

1.3Complete document to be submitted by bidders on or before last date of documentation submission upto 5.00 PM.

1.4The bidder must submit all the documents like detailed letter of award, proof of execution, audited balance sheets of last three years, PF code, PAN, Service Tax Registration No. etc. to establish their credentials in line of the qualifying requirements. Submission of incomplete documents (i.e. non-submission of required documents) may be liable for disqualification / rejection.

1.5NTPC Limited reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the invitation for bids without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.

1.6In case the stipulated date is a holiday, then documents processing dates will be shifted to next working day.

1.7For any postal/communication delay, NTPC Limited will not be held responsible.

Ranges of Estimated values for separate enlistments

1. Up to 15.00 lakhs

 

2.

Above 15.00 and up to 30.00 lakhs

 

3.

Above 30.00 and up to 50.00 lakhs

 

4.

Above 50.00 and up to 70.00 lakhs

 

5.

Above 70.00 and up to 100.00 lakhs

Note:

1.Documents are to be submitted super-scribing the reference No on top of envelop.

2.Vendor list will also be utilized for New/Additional Package of similar Works

3.The above vendor enlistment shall be valid for 03 years from the date of finalization of vendor lost

4.The above ranged shall be periodically updated annually on receipt of application form the same by the above bidder

2.0QUALIFYING REQUIREMENTS(QR) FOR BIDDERS:

a)The average annual turnover, of the agency seeking enlistment, during last three (03) financial years i.e. 2010-11, 2011-12, 2012-13 should not be less than INR 3.75/11.25/20.00/30.00/42.50 lakhs for the corresponding respective range of estimated values.

b)The agency should have executed the work(s) of “Civil Discipline/Drain Cleaning” in any industry, during the last seven (07) years ending with bid opening date.

c)The agency should have executed the work(s) as mentioned at (b) above, directly under, "PSU"/"Joint venture of a PSU"/"Govt."/" Quasi Govt. Deptt." / "Public limited company", during last seven (07) years ending with bid opening date, with following executed value(s) of contracts.

∑One order of value not less than INR 3.00/9.00/16.00/24.00/34.00 lakhs

Or

∑Two orders each of value not less than INR 1.88/5.63/10.00/15.00/21.25 lakhs

Or

∑Three orders each of value not less than INR 1.50/4.50/8.00/12.00/17.00 lakhs.

Remarks:

In case of "Job contract"/"Maintenance contract", with a contract period of two years, QR can be set considering estimate of one year period, since these contracts are routine in nature and works are normally spread over the entire contract period..
