As annexure-II), during last seven(07) years ending with the last date of the month preceding the month of publication of NIT.(i.e. works executed up to 30-06-2014 will be considered)

The bidder should meet the following single or two or three order values (at least) of “similar work” and average annual financial turn over in last three financial year (ending 31.03.2014) for respective value category:

[Average Financial Turnover: As per IT return filled/audited balance sheet in last three years indicating work contract received shall be taken as Average Annual Turnover.]
2.0 PF registration is compulsory for all packages.
3.0 Documents to be submitted for verification of above QR:
I.Copies of detailed Award letter/Work order for similar works.
II..As a proof of satisfactory execution of above contract (QR-1), the bidder should submit copy of satisfactory completion certificate or Final RA bill or further issued (after completion of said work) tender documents/award letter /contract extension amendment ( after satisfactory performance) for similar works.
III..PF registration certificate. IV.Sales Tax registration certificate. V. Service tax registration certificate. VI. PAN number.
VII .IT return submitted/IT assessment order and audited balance sheet for last three (03) financial years ending 31-03-2014.
VIII. Service tax registration should be compulsory for all category at sl no A to C.In case packages under category D, service tax registration may not be compulsory due to turnover <10 lakh, service tax not required.
NOTE:
01.Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.
02The word “executed” means that the bidder should have achieved progress specified in the QR even if the total contract is not completed / closed. The same should be supported by documentary evidence issued by the owner.
03.In case where audited results for the last preceding financial year is not available, certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountants shall also be considered acceptable.
04.The bidder shall submit documentary evidence / proof of meeting qualifying requirements stipulated above.
B.ENLISTMENT CRITERIA:-
01.Bidders desirous of getting themselves enlisted for Non Mechanical Maintenance job of different packages are requested to submit applications in Vender enlistment format appended below as Annexure ‘‘B’’ with documentary evidence towards meeting the above qualifying requirements.
02.Enlistment shall be for a period of three years from the date of approval. It may be reviewed each year. During review new parties may be added as per available documents and old parties may be deleted based on their performance during the year.
03. Bidders are not required to submit Tender Fee / Bid Security while applying for
C.GENERAL CONDITIONS:
01.NTPC reserves the right to verify any claims made by Bidders and to carry out a capability assessment. The decision of NTPC shall be final in this regard.
02.NTPC also reserves the right to accept any proposal or to reject all proposals at any time prior to any short-listing / empanelment without incurring any liability or without any obligation to inform the affected party of the grounds for such decision.
03.NTPC will not be responsible in any way, for late receipt of request for enlistment due to any postal delay or delay in any form, in transit.
