Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail
7.1 Party should have successfully executed work of Housekeeping / Horticulture Contracts / Civil Works in Power Plants / Process
7.0 Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
Industries / Govt. Organization in last Seven years as on bid opening date.
7.2 The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (03) financial years (2010-11, 2011-12 & 2012-13) shall not be

less than Rs. 27.61 Lacs (Rupees Twenty Seven Lacs Sixty one Thousands only).
b) Two Orders of Rs. 13.80 Lacs each

c) Three Orders of Rs. 11.04 Lacs each
Note: *Similar works means # Housekeeping / Horticulture Works / Civil Works in Power Plants / Process Industries / Govt.
7.3 Experience of having successfully completed similar works* during last seven years ending as on last day of the month previous to
the NIT publication:
a) Single Order of Rs. 22.09 Lacs

Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
iii) NTPC has the right to assess the capability and capacity of the bidder for execution of above mentioned work.
NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any
reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
General:
i) Bidder should have valid PAN from income tax department & PF code issued by PF Commissioner.
