last seven (7) years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which applications are invited should be either of the
following:
i. Three orders of value not less than Rs. 8.75 lacs each.
OR
ii. Two orders of value not less than Rs. 10.94 lacs each.
Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
