Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding
documents.

Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
1.The bidder should either be a company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 & subsequent amendments or a partnership/
proprietorship firm.
§ Three similar works valuing not less than Rs. 25.58 Lakhs each;
applications are invited, either of the following:-
4.Bidder should have successfully executed during the last seven years ending last day of month of previous to the one in which
3.The average annual financial turnover of the bidder in the preceding three financial years, as on date of techno- commercial bid
reputed private company/ organisation.
2.Bidder should be registered/ working with any Public Sector Undertaking/ Government/ Semi-Government organisation or a

NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any
