Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding
documents.
7.0
Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
PACKAGE: BIENNIAL MAINTENANCE OF OFFSITE-C&I ACTIVITIES AT NTPC- SIMHADRI.
1.0 Qualifying requirements:
1.1 The bidder should have executed works, with contract values as indicated below, involving Control & Instrumentation works in
D) Purchase Orders of cumulative value not less than Rs.79.71 Lakhs during any continuous 24 months in the last seven years.
1.4 Financial Criteria:
b) The bidder should have independent PF code issued by RPFC, valid PAN Number and Service Tax Registration.
1.3 a) The bidder should submit documentary proof of having executed the works mentioned at 1.1 and 1.2 above.
B) Two contracts of value not less than Rs.49.82 Lakhs each OR
maintenance OR Overhauling OR Erection & Commissioning in any process industry during last seven (07) years as on the date of bid
opening:
1.2 A) Single contract of value not less than Rs. 79.71 Lakhs OR
C) Three contracts of value not less than Rs.39.85 Lakhs each OR

Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

1.4.1 The average annual turnover of the Bidder, in the preceding three (3) financial years as on the date of bid opening shall not be
