5.0Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail
Supply ,Installation and commissioning of Portable Flue Gas Analyser at NTPC Auraiya.
6.0 Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding documents.
7.0Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
The qualifying requirement for the bidder for above PR is stipulated hereunder:
i)The Bidder should be manufacturer or authorized Dealer/Agent of manufacturer for Portable Flue Gas Analyser with accessories.
ii)The bidder should have supplied similar instruments as quoted in NTPC/CPSU/State Organization/ Private sector organization.
iii)The bidder should provide documentary evidence as above at sl. (i) and (ii).
iv)The bidder should have a well established service centre in India for Portable Flue Gas Analyser .
Financial Criteria
i)The bidder should have executed the supply of Portable Flue Gas Analyser during last 7 years meeting any one of
following criteria as on date of bid opening. |

8.0Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
9.0NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without
assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
