7.1 7.1 The bidder should be a manufacturer of Elemental / Ultimate Analyzer.

7.2 The bidder or their manufacturer should have successfully executed any one of the following similar jobs in India during preceding
five years as on the date of Techno Commercial bid opening.
c)Three orders of min Rs 2.160 Million [Rupees Two Million One Hundred Sixty Thousand] or equivalent in foreign currency each.

without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
