NPGC Pvt. Ltd. (NPGC) invites application from eligible vendors for enlistment of the following materials which is intended for consideration for three years from the date of finalization of such list by NPGC.

I.Qualifying Requirements:

The bidders shall have to meet the following Qualifying Requirements (QR) failing which bid shall be liable for rejection:

1.0Technical criteria

1.1The vendor shall be manufacturer of Cement (PPC/OPC) having obtained BIS Licence for the same. A copy of BIS licence shall be submitted as a proof for verification. However, NPGC shall have choice to purchase cement as per required grade.

1.2The vendor should have quality assurance laboratory at plant in line with BIS Requirements.

1.3The vendor should have average yearly plant capacity utilization of 6,00,000 MT or above in last 2 years.

2.0Financial Criteria

2.1The average annual turnover of the Bidder, in the preceding three

2.2Vendors qualifying in higher category mentioned above in terms of average annual turnover shall also be considered qualified in lower category/categories.

2.3Following credentials are requested for submission by the indenting Vendors along with Vendor Enlstment application in support of meeting the qualifying requirement as stipulated above:

a)Copy of Audited Balance sheet and Profite & Loss account for last 3 years furnishing annual sales amount & the yearly plant capacity utilization as well.

b)Proof of BIS licence.

II.General Conditions

1.Vendor enlistment application documents shall be issued to intending bidders on request. Issuance of such documents shall not construe that the bidders are considerd qualified. The relevant documents submitted by intending bidders will be scrutinized at the time of said application evaluation.

2.The documentary proof in support of the qualifying requirements stipulated above shall be submitted by the vendor for scrutiny.

3.The said documents shall be obtained from the address given below on all working days as per details furnished above or the same can also be downloaded from htpp://www.ntpctender.com on registration and on

line payment (non-refundable) towards cost of application and the downloaded documents can be used for submission to NPGC.

4.Small Scale Industries registered with the National small Scale Industries Corpn. shall be exempted from payment of said application related documents cost. SSI Units registered with BIhar SSIDC are also entitled for exemption of Application cost. Intending vendors seeking exemption should enclose a photocopy of valid Registration Certificate giving details such as validity, stores and monetary limits, failing which they run the risk of their applications being passed over as ineligible for this concession.

5.Application shall be received up to 3.00 PM at the office of AGM(C&M) at NSTP Project office,Sonenagar, Dist: Aurangabad,Pin code:824 112 and opened at 3.30 PM on the aforesaid application opening date in presence of intending vendors or their representatives, who may like to be present. NPGC takes no responsibility for delay, loss or non-receipt of application related documents sent by Post/Courier (Note: In case documents are sent through Post/Courier the same shall be addressed to as under vide Address for Communication). If the Application Opening Date becomes a holiday, the same will be opened on the next working day at 3.30 P.M.

Note:

In the event of response of qualified vendors is found to be less than Ten in any of the categories, NPGC shall have right to augment the vendor list based on available information/ data in regard to the stipulated qualifying requirement.
