Qualifying Requirement
Technical:
01.Bidder should be a manufacturer/Supplier of Un Armoured PVC / Armoured Jelly filled Telephone Cables.
02.Material should be in line with ITD or TEC specification No. S/SW 113C or IS13176 or latest specifications.
Financial:
The Bidder must have successfully supplied “Telephone cables” meeting any of the following criteria during last 7 years as on date of bid opening.
Single order value not less than Rs. 21.31 Lakh (for similar work/supply) or
Two orders each of value not less than Rs. 13.32 Lakh (for similar work/supply) or
Three orders each of value not less than Rs. 10.65 Lakh (for similar work/supply)
03.The term “similar work/supply” in the above para means that the bidder should have successfully manufactured/executed supply of “Un Armoured PVC / Armoured Jelly filled Telephone Cables”.
04.The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (3) financial years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which applications are invited shall not be less than Rs. 106.55 Lakh.
Details of various terms of QR:
Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.
In case where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall also be considered acceptable.
The bidder must submit all the documents like copies of purchase orders and their completion to show that they have executed orders during the last seven (07) years as on BOD, audited balance sheets of last three years, PAN etc. to establish their credential are in line of the qualifying requirement(s).
In case the bidder is not able to furnish its audited financial statements on standalone entity basis, the un- audited unconsolidated financial statements of the bidder can be considered acceptable provided the bidder furnishes the following further documents on substantiation of its qualification:

Note:
(i)Other income shall not be considered for arising at annual turnover.
(ii)Notwithstanding anything stated above, the Employer reserves the right to assess the capabilities and capacity of the Bidder /his collaboration/subsidiaries/group companies to perform the contract should the circumstances warrant such assessment in the overall interest of the Employer.
For fulfilling of qualifying requirements, all the bidders shall be required to submit the following documents (all the photocopies should be attested by the bidder himself) :
(iii)Documentary evidence for being manufacturers like registration certificate issued by SSI/NSIC/Directorate of Industries/DGS&D, etc.
(iv)Copies of Purchase Order and their proof of execution like invoice, GR etc of the Purchase order for QR above.
(v)Copies of the financial statements of last three financial years as mentioned in QR
indicating the annual turnover.
(vi)Audit balance sheet of last three years for the year
PART- B: GENERAL INSTRUCTION
1.0Each tender shall be accompanied by the respective earnest money. Bids not accompanied with EMD will not be considered and shall be liable for rejection.
2.0Suitable bidders may collect the bid documents as per following procedure
(i) On- Line: Bidder can download the tender document after logging in www.ntpctender.com website and paying the tender fee.
(ii) Off- Line: On submission of application with the cost of Tender Document in the form of a demand draft
For new vendors, who are not having vendor codes in our SAP system, the agency has to submit a copy of PAN card. The bidder who obtain the tender document vide option (i) are requested to inform the package coordinator regarding the same at the earliest, so that the creation of vendor code can be processed.
