Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
7.1 Bidder should either be a company registered under the companies Act, 1956 OR a partnership/Proprietorship firm.
7.2 The average annual financial turnover of the bidder in the preceding 03 (three) Financial Years as on date of bid opening shall be
