A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder on payment (non-refundable) of the cost of

Brief Scope of W ork & other specific detail
Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

7.1 Bidder should either be a company registered under the companies Act, 1956 OR a partnership/Proprietorship firm.
(b) Two similar works valuing not less than Rs10.09 Lacs each, excluding the cost of owner issue material.
7.2 Average annual financial turnover of the bidder in the preceding three years as on the date of bid opening, should not be less than

7.3 The bidder should have successfully executed during the last seven years as on the date of bid opening, either of the following:-
7.4 The bidder must possess PAN, Service Tax Registration Number and PF Code number.
Note:- (i) The term \"Similar work\" mentioned in above para means \"Maintenance W ork for W ater Pump Vertical / Horizontal jobs
(ii) The word \"executed \"means :The bidder should have achieved the progress specified in the QR even if the total contract is not
completed/closed.The same shall be supported by documentary evidence issued by the owner.

(c) One similar works valuing not less than Rs16.15 Lacs each, excluding the cost of owner issue material
directly under the owner (i.e. end user) of any thermal power plant of 200 MW capacity per Unit or above\".
10.0 Address for Communication
Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any

reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
