Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail
during last seven (07) years, as on the date of bid opening :
1.3 The bidder should have executed works at 1.2 AND any one or more of 1.1 above with contract values as mentioned here under,
A) Single contract of value not less than Rs. 65.29 Lakhs OR
C) Three contracts of value not less than Rs.32.64 Lakhs each OR
B) Two contracts of value not less than Rs.40.80 Lakhs each OR
1.2 The bidder should have Experience in Overhaul OR Breakdown maintenance of HT Motors of 3.3 KV OR above and capacity of

1.1 The bidder should have experience in Overhaul OR Breakdown OR Preventive Maintenance of HT Motors OR LT Motors OR HT
1000 KW OR above.
OR LT Switchgear OR HT OR LT Transformers. AND
D) Purchase Orders of cumulative value not less than Rs.65.29 lakhs during any continuous 24 months in the last seven years.
1.4 a) The bidder should submit documentary proof of having executed the works mentioned at 1.1 and 1.2 above.
b) The bidder should have independent PF code issued by RPFC, valid PAN Number and Service Tax Registration.
c) Bidder must have valid Class A Electrical Licence.
1.5 Financial Criteria:
Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any
reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
