8.0Qualifying Requirements:
The Bidder who wishes to par ticipa te in th e bidd ing shall sa tisfa ctorily estab lish tha t he fulfils the Qualifying Requ ire ments stipu la ted hereunder:
8.1Technical Criteria
8.1.1The bidder should have executed jobs in the nature of Civil Maintenance/Civil Construction work during the last 7(seven) years ending last day of the month previous to bid opening date, with either of the following executed value(s) of the contract(s):
Three orders of value not less than INR 3.71 Lacs each
OR
Two orders of value not less than INR 4.64 Lacs each
OR
Single order of value not less than INR 7.43 Lacs
8.2Financial Criteria
8.2.1The average annual turnover of the Bidder, in the preceding three (3) financial years as on the date of Bid opening

shall not be less than INR 9.28 Lacs (Indian Nine lacs Twenty Eight Thousand only). |

I. |
Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover. |
II. |
The word ‘Executed’ means bidder should have achieved the criteria specified in above QR within the preceding |
|
seven (07) years period even if the total contract has been started earlier and/or is not completed / closed. |
III. |
In case where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available, financial statements certified |

by a prac ticing Chartered Accountant shall also be considered acceptable. |
Notwithstanding anything stated above, the Employer reserves the right to assess the capabilities and capacity of |
|
|
the Bidder to perform the contract, should the circumstances warrant such assessment in the overall interest of the |

Employer. |
Issuance of T ender Document to any bidder shall not construe that bidders are considered qualified. T he |
|
|
qualification status shall be examined by the T ender Committee during the process of evaluation. |
11.0Following credentials are to be submitted by the bidders along with bid documents in support of meeting the qualifying requirement as stipulated for each package.
a)Legible Copies of Award letter with Bill of Quantities of similar nature, job completion certificate, copies of MB (bills/receipts) etc. in proof of value of work executed, clearly indicating the executed value of the work.
b)Audited Balance sheet and Profit & Loss account.
c)Copy of PF code allotted by RPFC.
d)Copy of Sales Tax Registration(As applicable)
f)Proofs of execution of orders value, turnover and other requirements to meet the QR for the work, as mentioned above.
e) PAN and Service T ax Registration.
