Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
1.0 The bidder should be a manufacturer of Gigabit Ethernet switches as on the date of opening of Techno-commercial proposal. OR
The bidder should be a Subsidiary /Authorized dealer / Channel Partner / System Integrator of the manufacturer as above as on the
date of opening of Techno-commercial proposal. The bidder should be duly authorized by the manufacturer for this tender and
