A complete set of Bidding documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in). For logging on the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user Id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC at least three working days prior to Document Sale Close date along with duly filled in questionnaire for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password well in advance.

Qualifying requirement  for bidder

QUALIFYING REQUIREMENT FOR BIDDER:

1.0               The intending bidder must be a manufacturer of 1.1 kv trailing , flexible composite cables with tinned copper conductor or authorized  representative of Indian / foreign manufacturer (with minimum five years business tie-up with manufacturer and having facilities to provide after sales service in India with documentary proofs of the same) of 1.1 KV trailing and flexible composite cables with tinned copper conductor and should have supplied similar cables to any PSU / Govt. Deptt / Private Sector Units.

2.0               The intending bidder must have experience of having successfully execution the above orders during the seven (07) years ending last day of the  month prior to which application are  invited with either of the following:-

Three similar work each costing  not less than an amount of Rs.4.94 lakhs.

OR

           Two similar work each costing  not less than an amount of Rs.6.17 lakhs.

OR

           One similar work costing  not less than an amount of  Rs.9.88 lakhs.

3.0               The average annual financial turn over  during last  three (03)  year ending 31^st March of the previous financial year should be at least  Rs.24.7 lakhs.

Note :

Other income shall not be considered for arriving of annual turnover.

1. in cases where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available, certification of financial statements from a practicing Chartered Accountant shall also be considered acceptable.
2. The word "executed" means that the bidder should have achieved the progress specified in the QR even if the total order is not completed / closed. The same shall be supported by documentary evidence issued by the owner.

2.0            GENERAL REQUIREMENTS (to be furnished)

i)                     Copy of Sales Tax Registration & latest clearance certificate

ii)                   Copy of latest NSIC / SSI certificate duly attested by Notary

iii)                  Latest audited Annual Report / Balance Sheet

iv)                  Proof of being manufacturer.

v)          Orders-cum-execution copy in support of QR.
