2 Financial Criteria
The qualifying requirement for the bidder:
1 Bidder should be manufacturer of Carbon Fibre Drive Shaft of minimum length 3mtr for Cooling Tower Fans.
Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
2.1 The bidder should have executed the supply of Carbon Fibre Drive Shaft for ST Cooling Tower Fans during last 7 years meeting
Procurement of Carbon Fibre Drive Shaft.

Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding
Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail
# Single (1) order of contract value not less than Indian Rupees 20.17 Lakhs.
2.2 The average annual turnover of the bidder for the preceding three (3) completed financial years as on date of bid opening shall
not be less than Indian Rupees 43.23 Lakhs

NTPC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject package without assigning any
reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any claim arising out of such action.
10.0
Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.
8.0
Tower Fans.
# NTPC has right to access the capability & capacity of the bidder for supplying/erection of Carbon Fiber Drive Shaft for ST Cooling
practicing chartered Accountant shall also be considered acceptable.
# In case where audited results for the last preceding financial year are not available, certification of financial statements from a
# Other income shall not be considered for arriving annual turn over

# The word\" executed\" means that the bidder should have achieved the progress specified in the QR even if the total contract is not
