Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail
A) Filling using selected borrow materials brought from borrow arranged by the Contractor, in layers not exceeding 300mm,(higher
handling, transportation for all leads and lifts, preparation of sub-grade, spreading, rolling, providing and supplying screenings,
layer thickness upto 500mm in case of compaction using special type of equipment, such as vibratory roller etc.) for all leads and lifts,

Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:
The bidders are required to fulfill the following:
a) Financial Criteria:
The average annual turnover of the bidder in the preceding three (03) financial years as on date of bid opening shall not be less than
Rs. 548 lakhs (Rupees Five Crores and forty eight lakhs only).
(ii) Two contracts of value not less than Rs 68.00 lakhs each
OR
b) The bidder should have executed the works of WBM & Bituminous Macadam/Black Carpeting road work of the following values
(iii) Three contracts of value not less than Rs 55.00 lakhs each
during the last seven (07) years as on date of bid opening in:
(i) Single contract of value not less than Rs 110.00 lakhs
