Brief Scope of Work & other specific detail
SCOPE OF WORK INVOLVES Annual maintenance rate contract of stage-I & II for Boiler Pressure Parts, Rotary Parts and its
Auxiliaries of unit 1 to 6 at NCPS in the year 2014-15

Prospective bidders from U.P. State are compulsorily required to provide TIN number at the time of purchase of bidding
1.3 The bidder should have successfully completed the maintenance jobs of Pressure Parts of at least 100/110 MW Boiler Power
documents.
(a) Three similar works valuing not less than Rs. 27.99 1Lakhs each;
OR
OR
Utility during last seven years ending last day of month previous to one in which applications are invited, either of the followings:-
(b) Two similar works valuing not less than Rs. 34.98 Lakhs each;
should not be less than Rs.69.97 Lakhs.Other income will not be considered for turnover.
1.2 The average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the last three years ending 31st March of previous financial year
Qualifying Requirements for Bidders:

1.1 The bidder should either be a company registered under the Companies Act, 1956 or a partnership/proprietorship firm.
(c) One similar work valuing not less than Rs. 55.97 Lakhs.
1.5 The bidder should have Service Tax Registration.
Issuance of Bidding Documents to any bidder shall not construe that bidder is considered qualified.

1.4 Bidder should have a valid Provident Fund Code Number and Income Tax Permanent Account Number (PAN).
Note: 1) The similar work means maintenance jobs of Boiler Pressure Parts in 100/110 (or more) MW Boiler.
2) The order value referred above are exclusive of taxes and duties and completion period of maximum 12 months.
