                                                              NOTICE INVITING TENDER

• NTPC Ltd.-Kahalgaon invites on-line bids from eligible Domestic bidders / vendors for supply of the following through e-tendering :
• Brief of NIT:-

• Bid Security (EMD) in sealed envelope super scribing the NIT No. and EMD details must reach

 separately off-line by the stipulated bid submission closing date and time at the address given below. Any bid without an acceptable Bid Security shall be treated as non-responsive by the employer and shall not be opened.

• Mode of payment by off-line : In case party is willing to purchase tender document off-line then a DD/ banker's cheque shall be made in favour of NTPC Ltd. payable at SBI CSTPP Area Branch Colgong ,Branch code:6949) or Allahabad Bank, Branch code:0211932, Township Branch PO Kahalgaon and to be deposited at Kahalgaon Project.
• Mode of payment by on-line: A complete set of Bidding documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder directly through the payment gateway at our SRM Site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in). For logging on the SRM Site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user Id and password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First time users not allotted any vendor code are required to approach NTPC well in advance prior to Document Sale Close date along with duly filled in questionnaire for issue of vendor code and SRM user id/password.
• Exemption on Cost of Tender Document: Agencies having NSIC / SSI certificate (For Agencies from Bihar only) can directly apply to the DGM(Purchase)/Package co-coordinator along with attested copy of NSIC certificate(attested by Notary) for issue of a copy of tender document.
