Mode of payment

(a) Online:-A complete set of bidding documents may be downloaded by any interested Bidder directly through the payment gateway at our SRM site (https://etender.ntpclakshya.co.in). For logging on the SRM site, the bidder would require vendor code and SRM user ID/Password which can be obtained by submitting a questionnaire available at our SRM site as well as at NTPC tender site (www.ntpctender.com). First  time users who have not vendor code are required to approach NTPC Kahalgaon at least three working days prior to document sale close date alongwith duly filled questionnaire for issue of vendor code and SRM user ID/Password.

(b)Offline:- in case the vendor is willing to purchase tender document offline then a DD/Banker's Cheque shall be made in favour of NTPC Ltd. payable at SBI CSTPP Area Branch Colgong (Branch code:6949) or Allahabad Bank, Branch code:0211932, NTPC Township Branch and should be submitted at NTPC, Kahalgaon.

(c) Exemption on Cost of Tender Document: Agencies having NSIC / SSI certificate (For Agencies from Bihar only) can directly apply to the AGM(C&M)/Package co-coordinator along with attested copy of NSIC certificate(attested by Notary) for issue of a copy of tender document.

Qualifying Requirements of the Bidder

  QUALIFYING REQUIREMENT FOR BIDDER:-

01.             The bidder should be RDSO approved and should have executed job of manufacturing and supplying of Left Hand and Right Hand Turnout 52 kg. Complete Set to NTPC Power Plant/Indian Railways or any other industries during seven(07) years ending last day of month previous to the one in which NIT was published and should have either of the following:-

a. Three similar works each costing to not less than Rs.23.00 Lakhs.

                                                Or

b.Two similar works each costing to not less than Rs.28.75 Laksh.

                                                Or

c. One similar work costing to not less than Rs.46.00 Lakhs.

02.         The average annual financial turn over during last three (03) years ending 31^st March of the previous financial year shall not be less than Rs.115.02 Lakhs.

Note:-

i.                  i.   Other income shall not be considered for arriving at annual turnover.

ii.                   Ii. In cases where audited results for the last preceding financial year are

iii.                      not available, certification of financial statements from a practicing

iv.                     Chartered Accountant shall also be considered acceptable.

v.                   iii. The word executed means that the bidder should have achieved the

vi.                      progress specified in the QR even if the total order is not completed /

vii.                     closed. The same shall be supported by documentary evidence issued by

viii.                   the owner.

ix.           iv. Similar work means manufacturing and supplying of Left Hand and Right

x.                  Hand Turnout 52 Kg. Complete Set.

      GENERAL REQUIREMENTS (to be furnished)

(i)                  Copy of  Sales Tax Registration & latest clearance certificate

(ii)                 Latest audited Annual Report / Balance Sheet as per Q.R

(iii)               Proof of being Manufacturer

(iv)              Details of In-house Testing facilities

(v)                All documents including orders-cum-execution copy in support of QR.
